About – Navneet College of Arts, Science & Commerce

NAVNEET EDUCATION SOCIETY was established as per provision by Govt. of Maharashtra in the year 1998 . The Navneet education society had started Govt. of Maharashtra recognized junior college section at Mumbai Central in faculties of Arts , Science & Commerce from academic year 2008-09, popularly known as Navneet junior college . At present Junior college section have fully equipped Physics, Chemistry , Biology . IT lab, library etc.

Navneet Education Society’s Navneet College of Commerce & Science is affiliated to University of Mumbai The college was established in 2010, with the primary objective of providing facilities for higher education for less privileged youth, compelled to opt employment at their teenage so cannot become full time students at day colleges.

With a very modest beginning of merely 10 students, today the college has a large student fraternity exceeding 498 ambitious learners and a galaxy of committed and dedicated teachers of high caliber.

The college conduct the three years full time BSc.IT. /B.M.S. /B.Com. Degree Courses of the University of Mumbai Catering the needs of the students of the local area, who are employed during the daytime .

Admissions to Degree Courses are done on the basis of the overall percentage of Marks scored in the Qualifying examination and as per guidelines laid down by University of Mumbai time to time .

The college contributes to the harmony and integration of Indian society Applications for Admissions to the Undergraduate Degree courses are done in month of June-July of every academic year. Admission criteria is as per University of Mumbai notification.
