1. Tell us something about yourself?

11. Why MBA?

Explain your interest in MBA and its job opportunities and your goals and aim by choosing an MBA as a career in Post Graduation.

Say about your interest in a particular programme and how you can make a good career out of it.

13. What are your hobbies and interests?.

Here you can list out your hobbies and interests which you do in your free time and most importantly say genuinely what your hobbies are. Try not to lie about your hobbies and interests in order to impress the interviewer. 

14. Who is your role model?

The most common question in an interview can be who is your role model, whether famous persons, freedom fighters, industrialists, educationalists, philanthropists or family members anyone who is inspired in your life. 

15. Who inspires you?

This is the common question in every interview where you can say your inspired person or book anything which inspired you in your life.

16. What is the difference between a good manager and a good leader?

The expectation from this MBA programme is I will learn the management skills that are required for my career in management roles and to have theoretical knowledge, practical knowledge and case study on the subject which are going to be taught and some other extracurricular activities which are required for team building, leadership skills etc.  

22. How do you deal with failures?

I take it as a positive thing as I believe Failures are the stepping stones of success, I will recheck my failure why I have failed in that thing and reassign the negative things that led to the failure and again I will try to win the thing and work harder. 

23. How do you deal with criticism?

These questions check the positive level and your anger management, there are types of criticism one is constructive criticism and the other negative criticism. Here constructive criticism means the opposite person is trying to correct your mistakes which is good for your work and career. Negative criticism means the person has targeted you whether the done work is good or bad. The answer to this question will be maximum time if it is constructive criticism. I will take it as a learning student, if it reaches beyond the limit I will report it to the Human resources department regarding the issue.     

24. What have you learnt from your failures?

This question checks the confidence level of a student, the best answer for these questions gives an example in your career in which you overcome your failure and start the next big thing in your life with great confidence.  

25. Discuss a situation when you were a leader.

This is a situation based question to know about the leadership skills in you, whether you can lead the team or not, here you can answer with an experience in your life like leading any event, team or any other situation where you show your leadership skills to the interviewer
