Institute of Management Studies (BHU), Varanasi was established in 1968. The institute is an integral part of one of the premier universities in the world, Banaras Hindu University. Banaras Hindu University is ranked in the list of top 10 universities by India Today. The college was established to impart need-based education to the young talents seeking to carve their careers in management. Currently Institute of Management Studies (BHU), Varanasi is one of the pioneers in management education in the country and has a deep and detailed understanding of how this area has developed and changed over the decades. The college has signed MOU’S with many international educational institutes such as Ethiopian Civil Service College, Ethiopia and Wilkes University, Pennsylvania, USA.
IMS (BHU), Varanasi offers various postgraduate and doctoral programs in management including MBA, PGDM, and Diploma in Management.
