Application Submission Procedure

• Applicants who plan to apply should first ensure that they meet the eligibility requirements for each programme.
• He/she would submit the Application Form in the specified format based on his/her eligibility.
• The Application Form can be submitted online or in person:

For electronic submission: Aspirants must register online through the official website.

Offline submission instructions:

• Aspirants can obtain the Sanskriti University application form from the URL and deposit it together with the registration fee at the following locations:
  • University Campus
  • Applicants can also obtain the Application Form and Prospectus for Rs 1,000/- from the University Campus or the Regional Offices.
  • Applicants can also send a request for the Application Form and Prospectus by post inside India to the University Campus, accompanied with a bank draft for Rs 1,050/-.
• A registration fee of '10,000/- is required to be paid while submitting the application form. Online payment is possible in the case of online submission. In the case of offline submission, a bank draft for the sum due, payable at Chhata, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, must be sent together with the completely completed application form.
• In the appropriate fields of the application form, the candidate must indicate his or her preference for the programme to which he or she wishes to be admitted.
• If a candidate selects more than one programme in his or her preference list on the application form, he or she must pay the higher registration costs that apply to the programmes selected in the preference list.
• Once paid, the registration fees are non-refundable. If he/she is admitted, the fees will be deducted from the total amount to be submitted for the programme.

Admission Offer Procedure

• After being evaluated for eligibility based on merit and availability of seats, the candidate registered for a certain programme will be issued an offer letter.
• Applicants are typically given 15 days to submit the first installment of costs.
• The candidate must report to any of the following locations to deposit the first installment:
  • At the University Campus.
  • Or online.
• At the time of reporting, the candidate should bring the following papers:-
  • A Bank Draft of the amount indicated in the offer letter as the first Installment.
  • *Admission Form (Hard Copy) duly filled in & signed by the Candidate & Parent.
  • Proof of Date of Birth.
  • Certificate and Mark sheet of 10th & 12th Examination.
  • Certificate and Mark sheet of Graduation/Post Graduation, if applicable.
  • Migration/Transfer Certificate.
  • Conduct and Character Certificate from the Head of the Institution from where the student passed the qualifying exam.
  • Medical Fitness Certificate to be signed by a Registered Medical Practitioner holding a degree not lower than MBBS or equivalent.
  • Aadhar Card.
  • All Original documents for verification & three Sets of Photocopies of all the above-mentioned Documents.
  • Colour Passport Size Photos - Applicant (10)
  • Colour Passport Size Photos - Parent (04)
  • An *undertaking on the prescribed form attached with the Prospectus, in case the result of the qualifying examination has not been declared, duly signed by The Applicant & Parent.
• The student will be granted Provisional Entry to the programme upon payment of the first installment of fees and verification of documentation in reference to the fulfilment of eligibility requirements.
• After that, candidates will be asked to report to the University on the first day of the session for orientation and program/course registration.
• Before attending lessons, candidates must pay the remaining expenses.
• Applicants must bring an anti-ragging undertaking signed by them and their parents to the course registration. The undertaking format must be downloaded from the website www.antiragging.in.

Note: Entrance forms and undertakings can also be found on the website. Physical copies, fully completed, must be submitted. The fees must be transferred to the Sanskriti University bank account.
