Vignan’s Lara Institute of Technology & Science was established with the aim of providing quality technical education on par with international standards at Vadlamudi, Guntur District in the year 2007. It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada, Kakinada. The college is located in the green, transgenic, and rural sylvan environs of Vadlamudi, on the Guntur-Tenali highway, about 14 km from Guntur and 11 km from Tenali. The college is a virtual haven of rural quiet and idyllic beauty spread over a large area. The splendid avenue and sprawling playgrounds and the verdure in and around the campus make it one of the most preferred choices for the aspirants of Engineering studies. The college has well qualified young and experienced Ph. Ds and M.Tech staff supported by Technical Staff.

Established in 2015, it is accredited from AICTE and it is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University. VLITS, Guntur offers 11 courses across 2 streams namely Engineering, IT, and across 3 degrees like B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA. VLITS campus is spread over 20 Acres. Hostel facility is available for its students. Additional campus facilities such as AV Lab, Auditorium, Canteen, Computer Lab, Convo.
