What's New at Dhanekula Institute of Engineering and Technology

The Dhanekula Institute of Engineering and Technology admission 2023 as B.Tech lateral entry will be based on AP ECET scores. The official dates for the AP ECET 2023 second phase counselling is released by APSCHE. According to the schedule, the second round of counselling registration will begin on August 24, 2023. Dhanekula Institute of Engineering and Technology, also known as DIET was established in 2009. It is located in Ganguru, Vijayawada, Krishna. DIET is the first of its kind educational institution founded by Sri.Dhanekula Ravindranadh Tagore. DIET courses are approved by AICTE and the institute is affiliated to JNTUK.

Of all the Dhanekula Institute of Engineering and Technology courses, CE, EEE, ME, CSE and ECE courses are accredited by NBA. Admission at DIET is done on the basis of AP EAPCET for engineering courses. Lateral entry admissions are done on the basis of AP ECET. DIET has 5460 students and 200 faculty members. The graduation rate is 95%. DIET infrastructure is modern and is as per the standards. Some of the DIET facilities include hostels, a library, medical support systems, a canteen, a parking facility and a playground. DIET campus is CCTV-enabled.

DIET placements 2023 is still ongoing. Till date, the Dhanekula Institute of Engineering and Technology placement percentage stands at 34.97%. A total of 178 students have been placed so far. The DIET placement 2023 final report will be out soon.
