VJs College of Pharmacy was established in the year 2007. It is a private college which is situated in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh. The college has been affiliated with Andhra University, Vishakhapatnam. It has been recognised by UGC. The college has been approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). According to local, national, and worldwide standards, the college prepares the students. Given the importance of practical knowledge in the pharmacy profession, two factors—qualified teachers and well-equipped laboratories—were taken into consideration when establishing the institution.

The VJs College of Pharmacy courses are offered to interested candidates at the undergraduate level only. There are a total of 05 courses offered to students in the stream of pharmacy and pharmacology. All of the courses at the college are available to students in a regular, offline mode. The VJs College of Pharmacy admission is offered to all of its programmes based on a candidate's performance in the relevant entrance exam and the most recent qualifying exam. The college accepts a number of entrance exams for admission, including AP EAMCET (for B.Tech course), GPAT/AP PGECET (for M.Pharm courses), AP EAMCET or AP PGECET (for Pharm.D courses)

The VJs College of Pharmacy Hyderabad campus is spread over an area of 2.0 acres and has a variety of amenities for students, including a gym, boys' and girls' hostels, laboratories, a sports complex, transportation services, banking alternatives, a full-fledged library, a canteen and others. The college also has a dedicated placement cell where all tasks related to placement are handled. Each year, the dedicated VJs College of Pharmacy placement cell holds placement drives with the assistance of the participating recruiters to give students the opportunity to start their careers before even receiving their degrees. The college frequently offers numerous activities, such as webinars, seminars, pre-placement interviews, training sessions, and more.
